Trial Counsel With Decades Of Experience
For over 40 years, Peter McMahon has represented clients across various industries and entities, including foreign governments, publicly traded corporations and community organizations. He received his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1971 and his law degree from Western State University College of Law. He was admitted to practice California law in 1976. He has been AV peer-review rated through Martindale-Hubbell.*
Tom McMahon received his law degree from Chapman University School of Law, and in December 2013, The State Bar of California admitted him to begin his practice. Together, he and his father pursue their clients’ best interests by taking time to understand their concerns and tailor a strategy that meets their needs.
Attorney Robert McMahon also lends more than 30 years of personal injury, real estate law and criminal defense experience to the firm. He received his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law as a member of its S.C.A.L.E. (Southwestern Conceptual Approach to Legal Education) Program. A lifelong resident of Laguna Beach, attorney Robert McMahon takes pride in serving Orange County’s unique legal needs alongside his family.
